Flowtie Removal

Has anyone removed the Flowtie to black out the red behind it? If so how did you go about it.

Pry gently and take your time. The red piece is just held on with plastic to the chrome and can be broken if separated.

So the chrome and red come off together? Pry between red and black of the grille?

Yes red and chrome are essentially one piece. Just stay behind it and you’ll be fine.
