Fog light access?

Does anyone know if you can remove the fog lights without removing the bumper? I pulled the fender liner back quick to peak and It seems to be quite tucked up in there. Figured I would ask before I pull the bumper.

It's easy on the 2500HD Bison bumper, not sure about the 1500.

Mine's the standard bumper, I believe you have one less bracket on the outsides so you may have easier access than I do. I'll keep you in the loop though.

Yeah I'm thinking I'm going to have to pull the bumper. I'll get into it this weekend.
