Fog light access?

Does anyone know if you can remove the fog lights without removing the bumper? I pulled the fender liner back quick to peak and It seems to be quite tucked up in there. Figured I would ask before I pull the bumper.

Mine's the standard bumper, I believe you have one less bracket on the outsides so you may have easier access than I do. I'll keep you in the loop though.

Check out my thread on removing the lower fascia to have it Line-X. It was a PIA, but once its off, you can access a lot of stuff behind the bumper. I can't recall if the fog light was exposed, but it looks like it was in the pictures. Also someone posted assembly directions in the thread, which is a better way to get the front clip off. Here's the thread.
