The amount of screen they use for Apple CarPlay is plenty for me. What I wish they would do is allow you to switch Apple CarPlay between the big and small sides of the screen.

Yes, otherwise I wouldn’t have asked.

Ottocast doesn’t do full screen CarPlay. Neither does MagicBox. I’ve tried a few others with the same results. I’ve read that if a wireless CarPlay adapter supports Android Auto the ini file can be changed so that CarPlay can be displayed full screen. I’ve yet to attempt this.

If you have used the Rompcus device you listed with success, CarPlay full screen that is, without any modifications then that is why I asked the question.
