Laggy Google Maps and no Waze

I have a new 2023 ZR2 and for some reason it will not do OTA updates. The Google maps is laggy and slow to respond. I have also tried to install Waze which appears to be available in some ZR2s but it is not an option for me. I was wondering if someone that has had a recent OTA post (photo) of their build number of their Google Android OS? Thank you.

My current build number is: full_gminfo37_gb-user 10 W168E-W165.5.1-QIH22B-614 (168 release-keys)

They told me today at the dealership Y169 was the latest. They tried to update my truck but it never updated. I don't have Waze and the Google maps is very laggy. Also on my version the security patch is May 2022 I'm hearing from the people with Waze the security patch on those versions is October 2022.

So a follow-up I got back from the dealership there was an update to a version called Y129, as soon as they installed it, another OTA came in and just the other day I had a second OTA come in since Y129 was installed.

So after Y129 I now have Waze, when Waze is being used the screen touch sensitivity is horrible and the right side of the screen you can no longer scroll between maps, music, trailer etc.
