What is a good resource to gauge the value of a new untitled vehicle that is a couple model years old?
Purchase/lease question but not ZR2 specific

I'd run it through the Kelly Blue Book and see what is says and then see if you can stack some discounts on top off that.
Dealers can't sell new stuff now, so new old stuff shoukd be priced to move. Right now there are pretty good discounts on new 26s that just hit the lots. If it's a run of the mill model, I'd want 20% or more off MSRP. Specialty low volume vehicles maybe less room for discounts.
I've never leased but there's some good formulas published for determining lease rate and you can negotiate other maintenance and mileage limits as well.
