Radio Power/Mute Button... 2025 zr2 2500HD

Anyone else have the problem where you hold the power button and the radio wont turn off no matter how long you press it and if you tap the off button to mute, it wont mute either... the truck software has been updated (2 times) and still does it.. if so did you have a fix or a new radio?

Need to hold the power and end call button on steering wheel.. this will hard reset the system. Need to be in park when doing this. Hold for 10-15 seconds. Cheers

Thought the power button on the radio just turned off the screen? The end call button alone will reboot the system, if in park.

Got the same problem in my 1500 ZR2. I just learned to live with it.
