Now get some seafoam and run it in your oil for 100-200 miles, to clean up the crankcase. Change the oil after 200 don't run it much longer than that. Change the oil while the engine is warm, as hot as you can stand it.......GM is even putting detergents in their oils that they sell at their dealership. You'll be surprised how much nastiness comes out in that one oil change alone. Then keep changing your oil every 3k Your profile says you're from California, so an oil catch can should help also. They don't work well in areas that freeze. You're either going to love or hate the disabler. A lot of fellas have the ultimate 9 and the disabler both installed together.

Just installed the Range Technology disabler today, literally took 10 min start to finish. We'll see how she runs, thx for the input.

Just installed mine also, pretty easy. So far I like it, rides much better. No more hunting for cylinder modes, makes it drive much smoother. Also I don't see any difference in MPG. I do see that the Auto Start/Stop light and button still work but I don't see any engine cutoff when stopped.
