Running boards for ZR2

I'm not familiar with Rolling Big Power - what's the difference between the RBP and the Amp in functionality? If the RBP is more basic (in the fact that it doesn't need to connect to the OBD), what functionality do you lose that the AMP has?

At this point July isn't that far away, but December is...

RBP steps work much the same way when you open the door, they instantly deploy and retract when closed. Installation appears to be more involved since each door would need to be wired as opposed to connecting to the OBD.
