Steering wheel rocker button

After driving for about 25 minutes, the left rear selection buttons on the back of my steering wheel quit working. This is only if you dont use them within that 25 minutes. The right side volume ones work fine. Anyone else run into this? Is there a reset I can do?

Is there a reset on the unit that we can do ourselves? Sort of like a soft boot?

So my 24 did this for a week or two after they updated the truck. It randomly just started working and hasn't done it since. But if you push and hold the end call button for 30 seconds it restarts the infotainment.

It was the update to solve the issue that the last update created, which was the update that was to solve the issue created for the one before that, which was the update created to........

What he is trying to say is that the update was for the radio cutting out which they haven’t been able to fix since 2022.

That does seem to work with some of the quirkiness in the infotainment system. However, it never seems to have longevity. Just set your expectations with resets and updates. Some get better results than others.
