Not lying, I’ve watched it on an app and that damn thing is psychotic.

This is an Bluetooth OBD II option! He's using it on an HD gasser, but you get the same results for any truck admits getting the data from the ECU.

There are smaller Bluetooth OBD II devices avaliable on Amazon for under $100. You can download apps on your phone to monitor all kinds of data and set up your own dashboard. I use the TorquePro app and it works well. You can select all the data and customze the guages. Here's a recent example of oil pressure and rpm monitoring data.

You could get a Bulletproof Designs mount for the space above your infotainment screen. They work well for phones and other gadgets.
