Transmission hesitation

Lately I’ve been seeing a transmission hesitation when I’m either putting it in drive or in reverse. It’s like it needs to think about it for 4-5 seconds and then it will go. Doesn’t happen all the time but it is getting more and more. Anyone else have this issue? It’s more of an annoying thing but I’m wondering if it’s a bigger issue on the horizon or something.

There's a couple bulletins out related to the valve body. I noticed the same thing periodically or like it's lost in between gears then shifts hard all of the sudden. The times I've had it checked out dealer couldn't replicate it of course

Lots of these transmissions need valve body replacements. It's even happening in the 2500HDs to a lesser extent. I would get it into the dealer before it goes tits up on the road.
