What have you done to your Silverado ZR2 this week? 🛠️

Good luck. Every set of GY tires I’ve ever ran were crap. That’s between trucks and cars.
Just got home from the early install and these tires are awesome. Was raining here and they were very nice. The on-road performance is perfect running 60psi vs the 65 max load cold and the same roads I drive on including a few miles of 70-75 smooth as my vette was. Going to see how they perform off road. So far these are as good and quiet as any tire I have run. The noise usually starts after miles are put on them so we will see.

I have had just great luck with truck tires in the past now on and a couple of sets of car tires from GY not so much on my vette and on my wifes M series BMW they only lasted 10k miles!

The stock GY tires of the truck were horrible. They slid a lot in the rain. Had a set of GY on the 13 Camaro SS I had and after less than 10K miles 3 of the 4 of them were bad. Replaced them with something else....just dont ask me what cause I forgot :D . It was a few years ago. Had some on an old 07 Tahoe too. Same as the truck, shit traction.

Right now on the truck I have KO3's Love them as much if not more than the KO2s I have on the Wrangler

Funny you mention KO2's --had two sets and tore the sidewalls out of 3 of the 8 tires over a 2-year period know all of the Baja hype advertising but they were crap :poop: for me. They are light duty tires not really the best choice for a 3/4 ton but to each his own. In all fairness maybe the KO3's are better. The KM tires, had 2 sets total one a jeep and one on a .5 ton GM. They did good off road but howled  on the highway.

The KO3s dont seem any different to me than the KO2s on the Jeep. Granted, I think the KO2s were C rated and these are E if memory serves. I have never owned a 3/4 ton truck. I wish I would have went that route but now I must wait :D

I haven't run a set of Goodyears in a couple decades. Mostly run Toyos on my trucks and Michelin on my SUVs and cars.

I have had decent luck with the Goodyear Territory MTs on my HD. They ride and tow great and seem good in heavy rain. Wish they were heavier PR and rated for 4000 lbs and could run 80 psi. They throw rocks like piss missles tho. Only have about 13k miles on it, so not a long run.

I'll run Toyos next tho!

It’s been a while fellas… just got back from deployment and have about 10k worth of parts to install. Started with some of the easier ones!

2” wheel spacers
S&B intake
Stillen air scoop
Anderson composites hood

Well I liked the Boulder MT's so much replaced the BFG HD's with them 35/12.50-17. Running 55 psi vs 65 max cold and they are very nice. Handling and the ride is better. Will have to get some miles on them before the tire noise starts, but that is not as big issue to me.
