Who's Buying the Dip?

One bright spot with a middle eastern war is always the rising oil prices. I trade in and out od the United States Oil Fund $USO regularly. I bought this shit ladt Aprril and its been chopping sideways ever since. Now in less than a week, I'm up well over 65%, and its up more after the close.

Seen a middle eastern oil minister say they will likely shut off oil exports due to risk. He predicted $150 barrel oil. Now if you read between the lines, that's the middle east countries telling Trump you better shut your Israeli proxy war down or will fucking crush you.......and that's how it always goes.......but government assholes never fucking learn.

Also you can now trade 1 oz of silver for 1 barrel of oil, 42 galllons, 168 quarts......be prepared!

Well, it's been a crazy couple of months with this bullshit war that Israel conned Trump into.

I've bought and sold some of the ups and downs, but this has been hard to make any decent money. Best I did was on $USO and bought some $QQQ and $SPY when it was down about 10%. Never really got back into some of the positions I wanted.

I think the fed has propped up the markets and are suppressing the real price of oil in the futures market. I think this whole market is phony as hell and still ripe for a major correction.

I still think we have some rough days ahead as oil supplies dwindle and the high costs of fuel are passed on to customers not only at the pump, but also for everyday goods and services.

I seen this interview with the Chevron CEO and its pretty telling. He didn't hit the panic button, but he signaled the market would react soon enough as this lingers on.

Anyway, I always keep a good supply of frozen meat and canned goods and dehydrated vegetables, fruit, eggs, etc. You may wany to add to your supplies, if we start seeing oil shortages in the USA, it's gonna get ugly.

Reminds me of the 70's . Just 6 yrs ago Trump was jumping up and down about the US being energy independent....what a joke ! Our 401 K isn't doing too bad though...

Yeah, its weird AF, markets sold off some and then right back to highs. I think its all orchestrated theater and not organic.

Prices are up on a lot of food already, it can't end well if your food requires $10 diesel to produce and ship.

Chevron via their Hess acquisition in the ND Bakken Shale is one of my biggest clients. They are just now starting to build more oil well pad locations and permitting new wells near us. They had cut back some late last year as prices were very soft. It'll take months before the construction of the pads, drilling, fracking, and pumping new barrels. There won't likely be new additive barrels until early 2027. That's exactly what the CEO was implying.

I'm buying some crypto too. That phony shit trades with stocks now, so it's the same game. You can easily pick off $500 here and there on that garbage.

Lately, I've traded some $XRP, $SHIB, and $DOGE.
Have you looked into HBAR, ZBCN, XLM, and FLR? WLFI may be a good buy also. I’m double dipping on stocks and crypto with XRP.

I've got quite a bit of XRP and it really hasn't done much for me. Have some BTC, LTC, and ETH and done better on them.

The only dip I've been buying lately is Copenhagen. Just had Gm shareholder vote, I did my part and voted against @AXE favorite person 🤣

LOL.......I dont think they'll ever get rid of her because their earnings and financial performance looks good on Wall Street.

That is very true
It's amazing to see how they have been so strong in spite of some of their quality issues and recalls. I hope this new generation of trucks is reliable, so we can quit bitching.

Those cunts at Furd lost $5 billion and set record number of recalls last year and their stock is in the shitter. I'm not even sure how they are solvent at this point.

the quality of everything will continue to go down as long as consumers blindly spend the money like rolled over dogs bowing down and giving up. No incentive to make things better or of quality when you can triple your cash flow by selling a facade of disposable renter-ship. (I’m fully embracing my old man phase of life)

…this opinion might also be because of a recent physical argument with a Briggs engine that’s now made so cheap that you can’t repair it without replacing 3 parts to get to the one part thats broke. Eat my ass Briggs & Stanton….

Yeah, we're spiraling downward. One thing I have seen in the last 18 months is the proliferation of very high performing and quality Chinese vehicles being produced. Not sure how the long term reviews will be, but they sure seem legit. It's unbelievable how far they have come and how far we've fallen. If we could get affordable stuff like this American auto manufacturing wouldn't exist long.

Check these out.

funny my wife hit me with this just a couple of weeks ago. her exact words were "the US auto market will be raw fkd all day long if these Chinese cars make it into the country. it pisses me off that they're looking pretty damn good and appear to be built way better. "

I can't stand to think about it, but in the last 10 years they have made significant progress in quality and availability of goods.

Along with my son, I am working with one of the forum vendors now on some aftermarket parts for the Colorado. Their prototypes are pretty nice and with few modifications it willl be reafy soon. They have been great guys to work with. They have the entrepreneurial spirit and resources......we've seemed to pass that up for government hand outs and the stock matket casino.
