    Moisture in Headlights

27,000 miles and have my first ever complaint with the ZR2: moisture in my headlight casings. Everything works, just looks bad and can’t be good in the long run. Anyone seen this issue before on these rigs? Usually I dont see it in any vehicles less than 20 years and 200k old!

The full Peak / Falken / Pinnacle treatment

I only trust Bora for my spacers....more expensive than most but made to order and the best on the market. I didnt go with 1.5", i went with .5" only to minimize any potential for rubbing when stuffing the thicker rubber offroad. With the .5" spacers, there is no shaving of the studs (I don't...

What have you done to your Silverado ZR2 this week? 🛠️

Correct. Produced by Baja Designs for GM trucks, so what you buy from GM is the exact same kit from the Baja Designs website. The kit comes with a basic switched harness, but I also ordered the GM specific wiring harness (produced by Baja Designs but only sold through GM Accessories) that...

What have you done to your Silverado ZR2 this week? 🛠️

Used some accumulated Rewards points combined with holiday discount codes to pick up the Baja Designs Squadron kit and harness from Chevy Accessories. Didn’t like the lip-mount I was previously using for my GMRS antenna so I also incorporated a Midland ditch light bracket to pull it all...

The full Peak / Falken / Pinnacle treatment

My ride is the same as stock if not better. You really need to be careful when you level or lift any of these trucks. The cheaper kits will kill your ride and suspension functionality. Peak is not a cheap kit and has been fully engineered specifically around the Multimatic suspension in these...

What have you done to your Silverado ZR2 this week? 🛠️

Installed a Micromobile GMRS unit for trail and emergency usage. Hard mounted in the console side storage pocket where it is out of the way and can hear the speaker nice and clear. Plus, it’s one less cubby for the wife to stash her trash.

    Center Console Removal / Disassembly

8ball if you happen to have photos or a description of the removal process to the console sides, I'd appreciate it. I went through your (impressive) audio thread and may have missed it.

    Center Console Removal / Disassembly

Has anyone successfully removed, or know the process to disassemble the center console in these refreshed 2022+ trucks? Plenty of info out there for the pre-refresh model but I can't find anything on the post refresh console. I'm getting ready to install a Micromobile GMRS radio system and...

The full Peak / Falken / Pinnacle treatment

With the 1/2" BORA spacers, you have plenty of lug left so you don't require anything new. I'm totally satisfied with the 1/2" size, it puts my tires flush with the body which like you, was the look I was going for.

Need pic of front wheel well liner

It happens occasionally on mine....the wind or bumps in the road will push it back slightly. Simply tuck it back under the front bumper lip and you're good to go.

The full Peak / Falken / Pinnacle treatment

My shop appointment finally arrived to install the various parts I've been compiling these past few months. It looks so much better than stock I can't get over it, and off pavement performance should follow suit. - Peak 2.25" kit, UCAs, 1" rear blocks -BORA 1/2" wheel spacers - Falken...

    2022 Bose System

Extremely easy install...instructions are pretty good and there are a few good YouTube videos that walk through each step. Direct bolt on / harness.
