There's more than one.If memory serves, there is already a lawsuit going on for the engine failures
The 2025 is probably affected and will be added when enough of them blow.^ yep this is all they are doing. Nothing special. They MAY replace 1 or 2 engines for this and everyone else gets a free oil change. Of course the ones already waiting on a new engine will still get those.
Havent we read that some got new engines and then they failed recently? If thats the case, how is the 2025 good to go? LOL
There's some asshole right here on ZR2 Forum that's been saying this for 18 months. Some people get very mad at him and tell him to quit bitching or buy a Ford or Ram. Then they finally get tired of all the shenanigans and trade theirs for a BMW. Now they are all gonna change their oil and filler cap and have dose of copium!Saw this on Reddit and it really resonated with me:

Lifter failures? Ah we’ll only replace the side that actually failed, even though they are both from the same batch. We’ll keep your truck for 3+ months to do this, then 3+ months again when the other side fails. Go fuck yourself
Transmission shudders when coming to a stop, makes a squirrelly metallic noise when doing so? Ah thats by design, come back to us when it blows up on a road trip. Go fuck yourself
Camera doesn’t work at night? Constantly cutting out? Can’t reproduce. Go fuck yourself
Injector fails at 30k miles? Nah injectors aren’t part of powertrain warranty. That’ll be $1,900 per. Go fuck yourself
Control arms snapping in your off road trim? Thats wear and tear. Go fuck yourself
Excessive oil consumption? Come back when it blows. Go fuck yourself
Rod bearing/cam failures? We’ll swap your oil, call that a fix, then when it inevitably blows out of warranty you know what to do! Go fuck yourself”
