Black (Dark Essential Matching) Gasser Hood Badges/Emblems

New to the forum as of yesterday, looking at ordering some black emblems. I am looking at some on Amazon right now but cannot find the hood badging to get rid of the chrome. Is anyone making them?

These really look like GM just taped off the emblem area and sprayed em black.

May be a long shot, but did anyone know the exact paint colors used to blackout the zr2 or emblems? I'm thinking of going toy local body shop and have them paint the outside the shiny black, with the matte black, and replicate the red from the front emblem

I splurged and bought the blacked out ones for my 2026. I wanted the Allison badge. Probably spent too much on them. Oh well.

Ends up that the tailgate emblem is incorrect, but the front and hood emblems are correct, even with the dark essentials package.

If anyone is interested, I spoke to my body shop guy and he'll paint the hood scoop emblems/mounts and front bowtie for $450 (total) and that's to match the two-tone on the ZR2 side badges. You may have similar luck at your local shops.

Sorry to ask but I'm still confused and sometimes see conflicting claims. Were the hood badges supposed to be blacked out as part of the package? I have the package but the chrome emblems on the hood.

Solely basing my response based on what the dealer has now provided - and that is:
The tail emblem and badging, as well as the side badges are part of the dark essentials
The hood scoops and front bowtie are not part of the dark essentials
