Cool! I agree 100%.. At least I do have a small local Mom & Pop Liqor store that only gets a few bottles of anything from buffalo trace every few months and I get a phone call for first dibbs... I won't pay higher than MSRP... Price Gougers can Kiss my ASS!Im pretty lucky that within about a 20-30min drive I can hit several total wines, twin liquors, and specs. I shy away from anything else simply because i refuse to buy into the grey market mark up on allocated stuff. So i stick to locations are are price controlled. Every now and then I’ll dip into a random shop, but as soon as they say “yea that eagle rare is $99 and the Blanton is $170” they get the ol number one salute and out the door i go.
Hard to beat for MSRP... I love it neat and on occasions rock... BT is Awesome!Looks tasty! That's my primary sipper!
Sports and Spirits... It's one of the greatest combos of all time! Like your rocks!!! Details?I decided to polish of this bottle watching VGK and Edmonton Oilers hockey game.
I don't always use those stainless steel cubes, but I like them with the higher proof. They work well, just to give it a mild chill.Sports and Spirits... It's one of the greatest combos of all time! Like your rocks!!! Details?
I don't like my bourbon watered down either... but a little water or ice can release more flavors from certain spirits. I must live under a rock... Didn't know they made food grade stainless steel ice cubes for chillin whiskey... One search on Amazon and wow!I don't always use those stainless steel cubes, but I like them with the higher proof. I'm not an ice and bourbon type, cause I only like the first few sips and then it tastes watered down.
Lol, I think that's where I got these. They sit in my freezer in a little plastic container with a tweezers. Two of them work perfect in the bottom of the glencarin, cause they don't slide out when tip the glass.I don't like my bourbon watered down either... but a little water or ice can release more flavors from certain spirits. Cool! I'm searching for a good set now. Great Idea... We have all had that cold beer get warm on us and it ain't right just tossing it! I don't believe in alcohol abuse!Lol, I think that's where I got these. They sit in my freezer in a little plastic container with a tweezers. I even throw them in a beer glass when it isn't quite cold enough. They have been perfect!
