Sorry to hear that. Hope you’re feeling better soon. In Farewell to Arms by Ernest Hemingway when Henry gets injured a significant part of his treatment plan to recover after surgery is bottles of Congnac and vermouth. I think you’re allowed.

I just had this storing whisky article pop up on my news feed. I don’t keep a big collection, only a few bottles at a time, so not really a big deal to me. I know a couple of them have the synthetic cork.
