Dipping into the back of my stash. This bottle is from batch 1! Would love to find another bottle from the this initial release, but I’ve been sipping from this for years. If you happen to come across this stuff, it’s a Texas 4 grain to glass operation. Worth checking them out.

Tonight's pour........Bulliet Rye.....Manhattan style!. I'm on my third, usually just a couple. But since we got another war going on, I figured WTF.

Our pour was back to basics with Bardstown Origin Series. 94 proof so a little on the light side but full of flavor and only $45. Will definitely be exploring this series further.
