Shifting gears and moving on to my fav Japanese whiskey, Hibiki. Which I find fun that spell check tries to change it to Hoboken.

Man I love some Japanese whiskey. There are so many good ones. Easy to go down the rabbit hole with that.

Yamazaki 12 is by far one of my favorites, but it's gotten so damn expensive. Hibiki is a great daily as a substitute.
