Yes. Currently having this issue. Haven’t had time to trouble shoot yet.

Dealer said it was my phone nothing wrong with charger . And I tried 3 different phones

Been an issue for a long time. There is an update for the electronic system that addresses some USB connectivity. Once I did that, it helped my 22. However, it's still slow compared to my 24, which seems to operate like I would expect it to.

Someone told me that if you turn off the fast charging setting in your phone settings, it would help. It did, but just barely improved it.
