Emission Delete Legal?

Looks Ike EPA is making deletes possible and manufacturers seem to be gearing up. Look at this quote from a government representative Mark Johnson Ohio in the comments section of the video below.

I think I'm gonna send my ECU to HP Tuners to unlock it and get ready for the delete.

If a reasonably priced delete kit comes out, I may do that. I plan on trading her in for a 28 in 27 regardless of whether or not all this crap is truly deleted by the manufacturers. There must be some apprehension on manufacturers parts because if the DEMS get back in in 2028, GOD forbid, then on day one, they will undo all of the great stuff that's been put in place by this administration, and is yet to come. They hate this country!

I think if this HR4117 gets approved, then the demand for delete tunes and equipment may be high and equipment will cost a lot. I do think as more tuners get back into the game and manufacturers offer hard parts, prices will come down, but it might be a while unfortunately.

I watch his videos. He's got some good stuff.......allegedly, but not sure he's got the right perspective on the emissions changes forthcoming..........probably!
