🛠️ Member Build Finally getting around to doing some modifications to my HD

Nice info. I saw Viair but thought they might be additional tanks.

Looks like links are not working.
Oops, They should be fixed now. Always have trouble imbedding links off my phone.
Yeah, Pics aren't great. I just took a few in a hurry. It was late and I was tired haha. Here is the same compressors in my other truck. Little better picture of them on the mounts.

Guess I could update this post. I ended up deleting my Bose amp with a PAC AP4-GM71. Stereo sounds great and this is a much better option then trying to tune around the factory amp. The PAC also allows you to adjust the Chime volume or mute them all together. If you turn the chime volume down all the way it also effects the blinker sound. But if you mute the chimes and leave the chime volume up the blinker sounds stay and just the chimes go away.

I also ended up Adding AirLift bags part#88408. They just released them a few weeks ago specifically for a ZR2. They come with cradles so the suspension can fully droop and you can run the bags at zero or open. I connected them to my existing onboard air setup using vixen air suspension valve with a switch mounted in the console.

Push up on the switch the bags air up, push down and the bags air down. The air gauge shows the psi in the tanks on top and the psi in the bags on the bottom. Bags are working great! I also added a charging point that stays on all the time in the same spot. 100w PD usb C so good for charging laptop or tablet.

And last but not least I replaced my exhaust the other day. I originally had a Magnaflow muffler put on right after I got the truck. It sounded good, but it droned some at 17-1800 rpms. Which happens to be about where the truck sits at 75mph on the interstate, lol. So I replaced it with a Borla catback for the 6.6 gas.. it sounds pretty good. A little quieter and the tone is higher pitched. But doesn't seem to have any drone! So definitely an improvement.

The Borla is also a side exit which I like better. Hooking up or unloading stuff out of the bed with the truck running kinda of sucked with the rear exit. Especially on a hot day.
