Front End Noise

Hi All. I've seen a few posts online with people experiencing a rattle/clunking noise in their front end, but I've never seen a resolution. I am experiencing this noise. I have a 2025 Silverado 1500 ZR2 with <5k miles on it. I get a bad clunking rattle noise when turning left or going over bumps. I don't even have to be fully turning left, just slight pressure on the wheel is enough to make the noise. I've had a non-chevy tech look and made sure everything was tight, and everything looked good to him. I've seen some people point to the Multimatic shocks, but nobody has identified this as the cause for sure. They've taken their trucks to dealers only to have the same brand shocks put back on. I'm tempted to put on some aftermarket shocks in the front end, but that's a big cost if it's not going to resolve the issue.
I know it can be many things, but curious if anyone experiencing this noise has actually identified what is causing it?

Should be warranty work. Might be sway bar or tie rods. Might be front drive shaft, put it in 2^ wheel to stop.it from activating. You can pull the shocks and work them to see if the stroke is "normal" should be heavyish.

Thanks Axe. It should be. Unfortunately I put on 35's with a 2.25 lift and replaced the UCA's. This was happening before that, but the dealer is playing games. I do run in 2 HI.

Have you checked your sway bar links? I chased a knocking sound on my 2022 for a while. I found the driver's side link was just a tad loose. I used two wrenches to tighten it up. Hitting it with an impact may not tighten it up enough. For the bottom sway bar link nut in the lower control arm I used a deep socket held with vise grips and then used a deep socket inside of the larger socket to tighten it down. That solved all my front end knocking noise.

I had an issue with ball joints out of torque spec. One turn to spec changed the game. Took 10 minutes.
