Multi-flex Tailgate - Kicker Install

What’s up all,

Just bought my first 2500HD and couldn’t resist the ZR2 Bison edition. It’s currently being built and waiting on it to ship.

Was curious, has anyone installed the Kicker sound system in the multi-flex tailgate? Any tips or tricks? I’m thinking that’s the first mod I’m gonna do once it arrives.

On one of the threads, a member stated that the MF Kicker System was a bit weak but I imagine if you're on the trails with zero noise pollution it should be plenty for camping and such

I had it on my previous 1500 AT4, would not pay more than a couple hundred for it honestly. There’s a bunch of bluetooth speakers that sound better for way less than they want for it.

The Multi-Flex tailgate also gets real dirty in the grooves and lines where the kicker system will be.... If I was spending the money I would go with the new larger Turtlebox. Awesome sound/battery life and portable!
