What’s up everyone! First time back in any forums group and excited I found this place. Just picked up my 22 ZR2. I come from the Hummer and Jeep world so hopefully I’m accepted here now lol (I still own a 2Door Long arm Jeep and my Hummer H1s so I’ll post them all this week)

I ended up finally purchasing the ZR2 after waiting months for my Sierra Denali Ultimate. I’ve always been the off-road guy, but I decided to order that truck trying to “grow up” as my wife would say. Woke up one day and chose violence again . Called my dealer and said any ZR2 in the area needs my name on it ASAP. So happy I chose the ZR2.

I’ve always gone the route of building my trucks up and going all out. But I honestly can say for this truck, I trust the engineers over aftermarket. Most likely going to bump up the Territory MTs to 315, new bead-locks (jeep life) and the factory Borla. I’m a Fox Shocks type of guy so maybe that’s a route I take eventually but love this truck so far!

If you don’t mind me asking, how much did you pay for this? In the market for a ZR2 and Starting to see more pop up around me and not sell immediately, wondering if some dealers are going below msrp.

I have a Denali Ultimate on order and a ZR2. Just got a delivery date on the ZR2. Haven't heard a thing about the Ultimate.

My Denali order just came in after 4 months of waiting. Safe to say I got lucky finally finding my ZR2 while I waited. 89k for a truck would have been crazy. Idk what I was thinking lol.

Thanks! Does yours have the technology package? What I’m seeing in my area is around 72-73 OTD without technology package and 76k otd with it

Picked mine up last week, dealer honored the $500 rebate...i had some GM card money and wife is a teacher so she qualified for another $500 off. I ended up at $2500 under MSRP which i felt was pretty solid in the market. It had been on the lot 15 days when I bought it - black, tech package, sunroof, and multi-flex were the options.

I am curious why you would replace the multimatic shocks with fox? Apart from being tuned to the ZR2 I feel like the technology and build quality of the multimatic far exceeds what fox has to offer.

Haha no I don’t want to replace or touch them at all. I was just referring to what I would do if that became a route I’d like to take. Fox and King are superior suspensions to Multimatic. But if I want to run a 35-37 I don’t know what I would need to do.
