Suddenly, the audio is not working on radio, carplay and even the blinkers. I did reset the screen with no avail. Any recommendations what might have caused this?

You might try battery disconnect.

I had the same thing happen one day. I drove home in silence and the next day, it was back to normal.

Thanks all. Just started the car after about an hour or so and everything is fine.

You can always try a reboot while holding the "PHONE" steering wheel button down for 10-15 seconds.

Happened to me too. Read somewhere it could happen during an update. Glad it’s working again.

I tried that my man and it didn’t work it was so frustrating.

When you held the hang up phone call button down to do a reset did you notice if the main entertainment screen went black and rebooted?

YUP it rebooted and the welcoming bowtie came up
