Last night I finally broke down and installed the update that has been popping up on the infotainment screen for the last month or so. The update hung and locked up the system in the attached screen. I hit install last night, this is the screen when I drove to work and to lunch today.

In case anyone runs into the issue and wants to avoid a trip to the dealer. I was able to get it reset using the same method I use when wireless carplay fucks up:

1. Truck running in PARK
2. Hold down the steering wheel "end call" button for ~30 seconds until the center screen shuts itself off.
3. Shut down truck and restart

I’ve had my ‘24 for about 14 months now - no OTA updates that I know of, and infotainment says it’s got the latest version when I checked for updates recently. It’s also not been back to a dealership since I bought it, so no manual updates have been done either,

Anyone else? Seems like there should be some updates available based on several posts I’ve seen here about updates.

Interesting. It's been bugging the crap out of me to install.

I have it setup to connect to my home wifi and don't pay for OnStar in case that makes a difference.
