I'm curious whether anyone else has struggled with poor customer service with RealTruck. As I posted previously, I purchased the RB 30 slim boards and I want to return them and get the "regular" ones. I have been going back & forth with someone that appears to be from India (or at least not here) on this for literally weeks. I have asked multiple times for someone to call me and provided my phone number - but all they seem to do is give partial answers to some (but not all) of my questions/concerns. Plus, it takes days between each question and partial or non-answers. At this point, it has become a very painful experience - there is no "service" aspect of their customer service! But, I'm sure they saved money by doing it this way. Our firm has done something similar and it is penny wise and pound foolish in my opinion.
 
I had a horrendous time with them when I bought a BedRug for my first truck. They sent the wrong product (cheaper version). I had ordered a BedRug that worked with and covered a portion of the Multiflex tailgate. Sent pictures and email exchange explaining the difference in what was received vs what was ordered. They finally issued a return label and shipped another, supposedly correct BedRug. The 2nd one was exactly like the one I returned. Back and forth with pictures and emails. New return label and new shipment. Third time was the charm.
 
My son recently bought some in-stock floor mats that took 4 weeks to ship. When he called they said that there are some labor issues. They cancelled the order but still shipped a couple weeks after the order was cancelled. They are on the boycott list now. Lots of negative feedback on some forums.
