Software Updates?

My ‘22 hasn’t had a software update since September 2023 and I’m running Android Auto 10 dated March ‘22. I find it hard to believe that is correct. I’ve been on OnStar paid subscription with data plan since purchased new.

Vehicle settings show auto-updates selected and OnStar says they show my truck is up to date.

Tell me I’m not crazy. Trip to the dealership in my future?

The only way to get Android 12 if you don't have access to a GM Techline account is to head over to the dealership. As far as the other updates, you may need to get the dealer to do a gateway update. I know that at one time there was a recall or TSB about an update for the Gateway module, but it may not have included the 22 MY.

My '22 shows the same thing. The last OTA update was 9/29/23. Every time I take it to the dealer for repair or service they update it but it doesn't show up in the app or on the trucks software update history screen. If I'm not mistaken, I'm pretty sure 2023 or 2024's are the earliest years to receive OTA updates now.
