Took the start stop disabler and the evcx out before dropping off at the shop...

Dropping off my truck at Chevy for 6.2 recall check soon, and I took off my auto stop engine module and evcx (purely precautionary moves, less chances of a warranty denial).

I hate my truck now First world problems.

It feels like such a dog and I hate depressing the gas pedal so much. I miss the slight feathering of the throttle pedal. I was only on setting number 6.

I totally forgot where the autostop button was as I didn't use it in 3 years and had to look for it.

I can't wait to put both back in afterwards!

It'll probably drive a little squirrelly after they do the recall ecm reflash too. Comes out of it after a short drive, so don't sweat it, if it feels diffrrent when you drive it home.

Yeah, I wasn't aware of that recall when the service advisor said that needed to be done too. Thanks for bringing it up.
