Why are all the bumpers for our truck so damn expensive? Granted they are slightly smaller but the Wrangler bumper is about $1300 if you go with OEM.
I agree $2,500 for a bumper is a lot. That’s an inexpensive one. Of course I want one but it’ll have to wait a bit.

Not made in ChiNa!
Possibly. Arent some of our parts made In China also? I know an older Silverado I had, the brake pump/booster (cant recall really) was recalled. Apparently they failed often and the part was made in China. Hell the stock bumper on the ZR2 (dont know where its made) but its over 3K to buy the entire assembly.

They are made in USA.

Depends where they get the steel. Believe me, we import cheap Chinese steel even though we have steel plants here in USA.

Need to finish wiring and trim wheel are liners, but winch and bumper are on.
Shipped with 0 instructions from chassis unlimited. When I called they said because its new they havent made them yet, but they'd call me to assist- never called.

Bumper is great, fits like a fkn glove but their service and business strategy is dogshit.

also- badlands winch fit with control box attached- which is epic!

Next up I need to build a bracket fit 4 spot lights on the front

Looks great! Are there any laser cut out company logos anywhere? Not a fan of them.

Yeah, I see them. Yes, very tastefully done. I’m not adverse to any company proudly showing their company logo, just that some of the logos I’ve seen can look like Temu death metal music labels.

So are you supposed to cut off the fender liners? Do they give you any parts to close up the gap from the bottom of the bumper to the wheel well?

As far as I can tell im meant to cut them, and no not plates to close.
The lack of instructions is very frustrating, I'll be calling them Monday and giving them an earful.

That's one of the things I noticed with the ADD bumper too. It didn't really look finished off on the corners near the wheel wells.

If you look at the Bison bumpers you can see how they finish them off. Its just some type of plastic material, nothing special, but it makes it look better. Might be able to get a sheet of ABS or kydex and finish it off a little cleaner.
