I disagree. A $30 reader will read codes. The $90+ units will do a TON more and have far more features and diagnostics. The Bluedriver and OBD MX are in a totally different class when it comes to "code reader" dongles. If you can afford this truck, you can afford a Bluedriver or OBD MX unitThey all do the same thing. I've seen $30 Bluetooth units and $3000 dealer units do the same. If you're reading codes, <$100 is good enough. If your diagnosing complex issues, then more $$$ is the better investment.
I use the OBD MX units with their app or Torque Pro app.
