Height of Cab Over Bed Rails

Hey all - does anybody have a quick measurement of the distance between the top of the bed rail and the top of the cab? In other words how tall could a rack be before it becomes prowed over the cab(and cause additional drag)

It's about 19 1/2 inches on the outsides and about 19 1/4 inches to the top of the brake light.
