Infiniti audio app

Wellll…. No workie for me…. I signed in to google in my truck (via my iphone) while connected to my home wifi. I then went to google play on my iphone, found the app, and it said I had no acceptable devices to download to (or something like that). My truck was greyed out and wouldn't let me select it.

My truck is on Android 10. I checked for updates, and it says it has the most up to date software. It hasn’t been back in a dealership since I drove it off the lot in May of 2024… maybe there’s some kinda software update I’m missing due to that.

Also, I have an iphone and use carplay, maybe thats the issue.

Or maybe its cause I’m too dam old to figure it out! I hate technology honestly… its gotten way too complicated for my simple mind!

you need Android 12 on your truck. Go to dealer and tell them you want that upgrade. Should be free since still under warranty. I had it done to my 2024. Went from android 10 build to Android 12. Software upgrade for infotainment screen. On 10, you will not see it cause Infiniti EQ needs 12 level android to work.

I am on A12 and has never worked for me either.

You also need to connect truck to wifi and do it completely through the truck screen infotainment center and download onto your truck. You don't use your phone for anything but you do need to upgrade android also
