So I had all of the below codes pop up on me this morning. Took it to the repair shop in town and it died in the parking lot while idling. No mods besides the Banks Pedal Monster and idash. Truck has been great to this point with only 30k ish miles. Hopefully it is something fairly simple like the injector pigtails need replacement. Anyone had similar issues like this or found a solution?

That seems less likely to be injectors and more likely fuel pump, fuel pump control module or ECM. Not likely all the injectors would go bad at once.
Yes, this makes sense. I also found a recall for the ecm needing to be reflashed for the fuel injectors programming.

Interesting, I wonder if mine was done. I've had a couple recalls performed. Somehow I don't remember that one.

I need to verify if they did that on mine. Mine runs great and i get really good mileage unloaded, but towing heavy I get the worst mileage I've ever seen in a diesel. Maybe that's contributing to the issues.

I'm quite sure that ALL of those pigtails didn't poop the bed at one time. I'm also quite sure that I'd clear the codes, unplug the Banks hocus pocus, and drive it to see if they returned. If they return, move on toward another solution. If not, you found your solution...Either way, the Banks unit is but one more variable in the chain. Yes, regardless of what shyster Banks claims, his parts do cause issues sometimes.

My dealer said my truck wasn't in the recall. However, he said if I brought it in they would check it over for the poor towing mileage and see if they could load this recall software update into my rig.

Welp, no injector issues. ECM or fuel pump perhaps. Injector codes are gone but then I got DPF soot buildup pending codes and it went into reduced acceleration on my way to the dealership. Luckily it got me to the dealership without dying on me. Starting to think the pedal monster and ram intake could be the source. I've maintened this truck meticulously, now it seems like I've got electrical gremlins. Crazy

There's a lot of electrical gremlins in these trucks. I've had my share, including a def warning that could not be explained by dealer. I dont think your pedal monster or I dash are the culprit. The ram air could affect fueling requirements, but if you've been running it a while without issue, it probably isn't.

Yeah, no doubt. I really think it's the ECM or fuel pump module, but I'll leave it in their hands at this point and stop trying to guess. I think Banks makes great products and I seriously doubt they caused the problem, maybe it just highlighted or exacerbated it. We'll see.
