New 2026 1500 3.0 Owner!

This is the nicest truck I have ever owned and love it so far. Coming from a 21 Sierra elevation 3.0 that was totaled by being hit in the rear at a stand still in traffic. Already tinted the windows and installed the wheels from the other truck. Next thing I have to upgrade on the 26 is the lack of bass. My 21 sierra had a better sound system than this Bose. Any suggestions? I have already seen that 8ball-99 is pretty good at audio upgrades. Glad to be a part of the group!

There's a thread (do a search) about loading the Infiniti sound app on your infotainment system. That will allow you to adjust the sound quality and many people have had a better sound after getting it dialed in. It worked well on my 22, which never had great bass.

I searched the play store but couldn’t find it. After reading a few threads I don’t think the tiny factory woofer is going to cut it and needs an upgrade. I’m also on the latest update, so maybe that’s why I couldn’t find the infinti app?

If you aren't running Android 12, its not available. My 24 is still on 10, but it sounds much better anyway so I didn't plan to add it.

The stock sub won't win any awards and its a mixed bag whether it performs on each truck. An aftermarket sub will definitely wake it up.

My boy bought a 26 Colorado Trail Boss and it doesn't list it as a Bose system, but it sounds really good.......go figure.
