Power cut off switch

25’ 2500 Bison 6.6 gas. Cut off switch? Going to be parking for periods of time while traveling.
You can shut off some features in the infotainment center like automatic updates.

I will say after watching the battery behavior when off, the computers are petiodically cycling and you can see the voltage drop on a multimeter. That being said, I have left mine off for weeks at a time and never had an issue. If I were you, I would just by a 2000mA + lithium ion jump pack and carry it with you. They are very powerful and compact.

The only other way would be to pull the negative battery terminals or put an inline battery disconnect switch.

Out of touch on what these thieves are using to steal vehicles now, but seems to me there ought to be something you can do besides completely shutting down power that you could eliminate the start and steal.

Some throttle controllers will keep people from stealing a vehicle, if I am understanding your comment right that is lol.

Get an OnStar subscription. Otherwise, disconnect your transmission linkage going on the side of the transmission. They won't be able to shift. Or pull the main relays in the fuse block. Or pull the ECU behind the drivers front fender.
