I have a 25 ZR2 with only 1000 miles and the radio want turn off and home button doesn’t work either. You can still turn radio up or down but not off. Have already done a reset for info system but no change??????

Disconnect the battery...wait a few minutes and reconnect.

Same here, on/off and mute radio function button doesn't work. Only way to technically turn it off is to turn volume to zero.

In park, truck on, push and hold the “end call” button on your steering wheel…I think it takes like 20 or 30 seconds. It will restart the infotainment system - I do this often as I have the random muting for the first five minutes which gets super annoying and the issue where my screen is changed when I shut truck off and restart…it tells me what I want on my screens

There have been a few similar reports on forums where the touchscreen or buttons became unresponsive. In some cases, this was due to a loose connector behind the screen (factory issue).

I call BS. Everyone knows that they fully seat every electrical connector at the factory in the entire vehicle twice. Quality control is at its best!
