I'm curious whether anyone else has struggled with poor customer service with RealTruck. As I posted previously, I purchased the RB 30 slim boards and I want to return them and get the "regular" ones. I have been going back & forth with someone that appears to be from India (or at least not here) on this for literally weeks. I have asked multiple times for someone to call me and provided my phone number - but all they seem to do is give partial answers to some (but not all) of my questions/concerns. Plus, it takes days between each question and partial or non-answers. At this point, it has become a very painful experience - there is no "service" aspect of their customer service! But, I'm sure they saved money by doing it this way. Our firm has done something similar and it is penny wise and pound foolish in my opinion.
