Someone asked about rear door locks not opening when fronts are unlocked. Usually the issue is a small mechanical switch on the door that needs to be in the unlock position. See attached photo.
Not sure if this is also programmable in the infotainment menu or via the key fob, but that would be another possible solution if your rear locks aren't unlocking.
