I wish the proper GM specs were out there. I'm thinking I may have too much load on my bars. My truck rides like a covered wagon. If I drive over a dead ant on a brand new flat paved road, it will knock the phone out of my womans hand. The straight welded bars known as Bilstein 5100s probably don't help. ZR2 HDs have different fender flares than all other HDs and I'm on 37s so getting to exact ZR2 trim height based off posted fender measurements are difficult. If the stock ZR2 tires are 34.8" tall and my Nittos are 36.5, I should be around 44.25 to the fender IF the fender flares are anyway close on paper. I'm at 43 7'8 pass and 43 1/2 driver, 44 1/2 rear (45 psi) so I'm thinking my bars aren't cranked out but without specs I don't really know.
I'm looking into buying stock 2wd torsion bars (what I expect are, or are close to, what Cognito buys and upcharges for) and Fox 2.5 HTO shocks but I'd love to keep the truck at the stock height of the ZR2 HD spec.
