Z’s are only a half inch higher due to the larger tire. The ride height is identical to 20” rim equipped trail bosses as both run 33’s.
I would expect a slight bump in width such as a 85 or more then likely a 95 will fit without much issues beside extreme suspension articulation.
35’s will not fit on a stock truck.
A 95 same aspect will net a 34.3 which is where my money will be is the limit of stock offset rims without spacers.
Up sizing the tires I feel will quickly under gear the truck as it’s absolutely inexcusable that GM went with 3.23’s given 3.42’s and even 3.73’s to some extent (not sure if the duramax also uses the 9.76 ring gear) are off the shelf items just like the rest of the truck for the most part.
It would turn doggy quickly like my 5.3 with 33’s
