As I have been researching to add LED lights and some other things, I came across a GM service bulletin that describes in detail- WITH photos, how to add the up fitter switches. I prefer not to use the up fitter switches, but the bulletin is useful for anything that you have to wire from the engine compartment into the cab.

This was posted in another forum, but I know a lot of people are looking for help on this.
