Love my J&L and 100% agree on putting hose clamps on the lines. I get an ounce every 1500-2000 miles.I really like the J&L oil separator. I’ve been running one for quite some time now. I do recommend putting clamps on the hoses at all the connection points. As the temps under the hood rise, the hoses can become a little loose. Probably not enough to come off, but maybe enough to cause a leak. I bought a box of black worm clamps from Amazon. I installed them with the drive part on the bottom of the hose so they are hardly noticeable.
