installed Range Technology AFM/DFM module.

I plan to do the same thing this summer. My local dealership had the Rough Country steps installed on the truck when I purchased it new back in November. Any steps are better than no steps, but I think the factory high clearance steps look the best. Did you purchase through a dealer or elsewhere?

I found them on FB marketplace. They came off a GMC 2500 but fit the same on the 1500s.

Today I installed the range AFM deactivation module
Installation went smooth and the truck feels like it has more pep

Swapped out the sport steps for the high clearance steps.

Looks way better in my opinion!

Yes, It works ok. I do not feel any extra power from it. Of course that was not what it was intended for.

Swapped flow tie for 404parts black flowtie. I ripped it out with pry tools as I didn’t care about saving the old one. Took 5 mins.

In did notice that the engine start/stop still works with the module securely in place. So I am still turning the light out

I did finally get the truck completely detailed and ceramic coated. I also got a bed rug to protect the coating on the bed of the truck. Installing a K&N oil canister and air filter setup. Thinking of getting some A-pillar off road lights

strange. My truck does not shut off at the lights and I haven’t touched the switch since I installed the disabler.
