What have you done to your Silverado ZR2 this week? 🛠️

I need those, scratched from branches and bushes!
Added the AD mount for the SPod mini, works great and much appreciated on the tip. Thank you!

Should work better with extra weight. What brand and how does it ride?

Alcan Springs made them. Great folks to work with. They are customized for the planned weight of some accessories that will live in the truck bed permanently.

The 35 mile ride back from the shop was a big improvement over the originals. I'll have a better opinion on the ride quality after the recommended break in mileage, which is approximately 400 miles.

Does this increase load capacity?
Yes is the short answer to your question.

Specifically in this case they are +400lbs which is based off Cat Scale weight for the Steer axle and drive axle.

Steer axle for my truck was 3520 drive axle was 3160. So we added 400lbs of extra weight capacity to the rear.

Not too bad at all. Not crazy about the 1400 lbs that it can carry now. After the stuff I keep available and the family, only leaves me about 600lbs to play with. What did these run you?
