Got the the service Axle Locker warning notification, 22 ZR2 with over 10000 miles on it, and am glad to read that am not alone, all the previous experiences, and am hoping with a little pointers from the post in the past I can help my dealership to get to conclusion faster as to what happened.

Yes I have, and mine was just fix by my dealer, three weeks ago, they replaced the front Axle Lockers with an updated one and there was a difference in my 22 to 24 to the point that when they were installing the new one the pins was different and they had to order and wait for the new pins to complete the install, and it’s covered on the the warranty.
Took months to get this resolved in my 22. It was a worn wire in the rear end causing intermittent warnings. They ended up replacing the entire rear end. They know what the issue is by now, guessing they just don’t want to spend ththe money. Mine had to be elevated to GM rep before they would fix it. Unacceptable for such an expensive vehicle. No issues since the repair over a year ago.

UPDATE:
On the first trip, the dealer first tried "reconnecting" the connector... which actually worked for about an hour of driving.
On the second visit, the dealer had me come in so they could justify buying a new connector... which needed to be delivered the next morning.
On the 3rd trip, before they started, the tech realized that they also needed new "seals". I assume the sensor/actuator cable passes into the rear diff.
On the 4th visit, (last Friday) the service writer told me his tech started puking so he went home sick... thankfully before he even moved my truck from the lot. BUT...
On the 5th visit, they replaced the connector AND the actuator(s) for the axle lockers. I suspect the "puking" excuse was to cover for the fact that they actually realized they needed more parts and didn't want to admit that the 4th drop off of my truck was completely useless. Just like the 3rd drop off.
Whatever. As of now, it has gone more than 24 hours without the Service Axle Lockers alert. The tech also noted that the factory wiring was "crazy tight" so that might be the root cause if anyone is having the same issue. Hope this is helpful for the crew.
