Might be waiting a while for it to warm up here. Might need to crank up the garage heater, don't know if I want to wait till April to put them on.

You can use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm all the surfaces, I do that even if it is warm, worked for a long time with similar things and warming things up really helps to activate the adhesives and you will get a harder cure once it cools. Clean surfaces are a must.

You can also get adhesive promoter wipes on Amazon pretty cheap. They work great.
